Freya joins the Edward James Balham team as a Salon Stylist with over three years of hands-on experience and a particular passion for highlights, bespoke balayage and coastal blondes, alongside bouncy blow-dries, beach waves and extensions. She brings hands-on experience working with Aveda products, and a real affinity for the Edward James approach to hair and client care.

Hairdressing holds a deeply personal meaning for Freya. After losing her hair during childhood cancer treatment, she experienced first-hand the confidence and comfort that hair can bring and that experience continues to shape the way she works with every client today.

Freya’s approach is warm, welcoming and led by the client in front of her. She takes time to understand each person's lifestyle, maintenance routine, natural features and personal style, then tailors a look that feels effortless to wear and easy to live with.
