Valentine’s Instagram Giveaway

Terms and Conditions:

Promoter
This giveaway is hosted by Edward James London in partnership with Beauty Works.

1. Eligibility
   The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Edward James London, Beauty Works, and their immediate families are unable to enter.

2. How to Enter
   To take part, entrants must:

• Follow @edwardjameshair and @beauty_worksonline on Instagram

• Like and save the giveaway post

• Tag three friends in the comments

No purchase is required. Entries must meet all the above criteria to be valid.

1. Entry Period
   Entries open on the date the giveaway post is published and close at 11:59pm on 28 February. Unfortunately, entries received after this time won’t be included.

2. The Prize
   One winner will receive up to £300 worth of Beauty Works hair extensions, with professional fitting included at no additional cost. The prize does not include extension removal, ongoing maintenance appointments, aftercare products, or any additional services unless otherwise stated.

3. Prize Value & Additional Costs
   The value of hair extensions covered by the giveaway is capped at £300. Should the winner choose hair or services exceeding this amount, the additional cost will simply be covered by the winner. Any additional charges will be discussed and agreed in advance.

4. Prize Conditions
   The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services or products. It must be redeemed in full and cannot be used alongside other promotions.

5. Salon Location Requirement
   The winner will need to attend their appointment in person at one of our Edward James London salons in:

• Balham

• Battersea

• Richmond

• Putney

Travel expenses are not included.

1. Consultation
   A consultation is required prior to the fitting appointment to ensure the best and safest result. If, following consultation, extensions are not recommended, the prize will be kindly forfeited, and another winner may be selected.

2. Appointment & Redemption

• The winner will be contacted directly via Instagram and asked to respond within three working days.

• If we don’t hear back within this time, we may need to select another winner.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the prize being forfeited.

• The prize must be redeemed by Friday 13 March 2026.

3. Content & Media
   By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to be photographed and/or filmed during their appointment. This content may be shared across Edward James London and Beauty Works websites and social media channels.

4. Winner Selection & Notification
   One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries and contacted directly. Unless otherwise stated, there will be no public announcement post.

5. Instagram Disclaimer
   This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

6. General
   Edward James London reserves the right to amend or withdraw this giveaway if necessary. By entering, participants confirm they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

£25 Off Aveda Scalp Spa Experience

Promotion: Exclusive Aveda Scalp Spa Experience - £15 add on (usually £40, saving £25) when added to any hair service this March.

• Offer can only be used once per person per promotional period 

• Must be booked and redeemed alongside another hair service  

• A £30 booking deposit is required per service to secure your appointment. Edward James reserves the right to automatically cancel your appointment if we're unable to collect a deposit 

• Deposits will only be refunded or transferred where 24 hours notice is given of any appointment cancellations / alterations

• Last minute cancellations (within 24 hours) or no-shows will forfeit any associated discount 

• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and cannot be exchanged for any other service, cash, retail, or Hair purchased for Hair Extensions 

• Edward James reserves the right to change, amend, or withdraw promotional offers at any time without prior notice

NappyValleyNet Wellbeing Guide 20% Discount

Promotion: 20% off first visit to Edward James London salons for NappyValleyNet users as part of the Wellbeing Guide 2026.

T&Cs 

• Please inform us of this promotion when booking your appointment by using the code provided by NappyValleyNet

• Patch testing is required a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment if you have not had Aveda Hair Colour within the last 6 months or a Keratin Treatment at any Edward James salon within the last 6 months. Should you not be able to have a patch test within the required time frame we reserve the right to automatically cancel your appointment 

• Offer available to new clients of Edward James salons only and can only be used once per person 

• Minimum spend of £50 on services required in order to receive introductory discount  

• Guests must be at least 16 years old and have a guardian with them during the consultation for all Colour & Keratin appointments 

• Discount available on services only (excludes retail or Hair purchased for Hair Extensions) 

• Edward James Rewards points are included as part of this promotion. 20% discount consists of 15% off your hair services on the day and the remaining 5% will be accrued as part of our Edward James Rewards Programme. Reward points are not transferable and will be credited to name of the person on the booking. All bookings must be made under the name of the client receiving the service (under 16’s excluded) 

• Available with Associate Stylist, Salon Stylist, Senior Stylist & Director levels only  

• Valid on appointments Monday to Friday. Excludes weekends  

• A £30 booking deposit is required per service to secure your appointment. Should we not be able to collect a deposit from you then we reserve the right to automatically cancel your appointment
